Terms Of Joining The Forum

This forum is open for discussion only about clamped cars in the UK, our aim is to offer a service to get that vehicle out of the compound and get it road legal, we will in no way assist anyone to drive illegally on the road in the uk and it is not our aim to get the vehicle out of the compound for illegal purposes. The full terms and conditions for getting your car out of a compound will be explained to you when you get your vehicle back and you will also be made to sign a disclaimer when and if your vehicle is delivered back to you.

These are the options available to you:

1.      We buy your vehicle of you for cash*

2.      We deliver the vehicle back to you**

3.      Your vehicle goes to auction***        

 

 

Please do not join this forum unless you wish to discuss the topics that are here or anything else to do with the topics in the forum or your posts and your user account will be deleted straight away, as we have stated we are not here to assist any illegal activity whatsoever, all cases are dealt with on there own merits and we will make the last decision as to whether we will or will not get your vehicle of any compound, if you cannot accept these conditions please do not bother joining the forum.

 

We welcome the views of police officers or anyone who has an opinion but please if you are a police officer identify yourself as a police officer, you dont have to but we would appreciate it if you did so that we can if we have any grey areas or things we are unsure about maybe you can assist us by giving us advice on the matters thanks.

*when buying a car for cash we will evaluate your car and deduct any costs from that price and giving you the difference in cash, ** We will only deliver your vehicle back to you if you can fit the criteria of returned vehicles, *** Your vehicle wil goto auction and once sold we will deduct our fees from the final price and return any cash back to yourself, your vehicle will goto auction at a nill reserve if it is 7 years or older
